Decorating for the Holidays!

Well, my tree is not up yet…we get a real tree so I try to hold off just a little even though I am coming unglued with excitement to get it up and decorated.  For the first time EVER I am considering a fake tree (thanks to my friend Leah) just so I can get the house holiday dazzled early (;

The only thing I have managed to dress up with holiday decor so far is my fireplace mantel.  It is now officially complete!!  Woohoo!!  Oh…of course there are miscellaneous festive do-dads, trinkets, and what-nots throughout mi casa, but until it is complete I will not be snapping any pics of those areas.  So yesterday I shared with ya’ll a peek at the DIY glitter trees I attempted from the  tutorial I saw over at eighteen 25 and the my FREE Holiday Print HERE.  Today we are expanding…the glitter trees are complete, the fireplace is dunzo and there is a new holiday print available.  This one is super cool…I apologize I can’t offer it as a freebie );  reason being, it is customizable…but…I am offering it on special thru this week for $5.00 for the digital file!!!

Inspired by one of my favorite ALL-TIME fabric patterns I needed to create something utilizing this fun, classic check…houndstooth!!  LOVE IT!!    Here is view at my completed fireplace project and the NEW print available!!
