When @purple mattress challenged me to create an art piece from their flexible purple grid material I had to dig deep into my creativity. I mean… What’s one thing that comes after a good night’s sleep? Breakfast! So, in honor of a good night’s sleep on my new @purple mattress and the infamous term “Rise & Shine, I created this art piece made up of purple waffles made from the flexible mattress grid, purple clay butter and of course purple resin syrup!!! Don’t worry, I didn’t forget about all you bacon lovers too! Wanna check out my art piece in person? Is teaching compassion to your kids something you incorporate into your daily life? Teaching compassion can be done through action, so I’ve decided to show my kids that little acts of kindness are a great way to do so. Now that outdoor patio season is here, I needed to complete this courtyard space. I DIY’d these painted flower pot, bistro light posts so that the space felt more cozy & inviting. I wanted a designated spot that we could enjoy as a family and have evening fireside chats. These OUTDOOR firelogs from @duraflame were perfect to help create those moments. They are 100% renewable, fast lighting, emit 30% less smoke than firewood and are perfect for roasting marshmallows! I am so excited to create lasting memories with my family roasting our favorite summer treats around the fire.
