When we moved into this home 5 years ago, our over

When we moved into this home 5 years ago, our overall need and use of space was much different. Originally my two younger boys shared a room. There are so many benefits to a shared room, but…things changed. It seemed silly for me to take up an entire room to store my craft supplies when my kids space needs had shifted. The natural shift was for me to give up my space and make it over for my oldest.

Our home is spacious, however, we didn’t have an extra room to designate strictly for cute craft supplies anymore. So, if space is limited in your home, you might need to consider reconfiguring rooms to better accommodate the changing needs of your family members.

Ultimately, the decision to repurpose my well loved, craft room into my son’s teen bedroom totally aligned with our family’s specific needs and circumstances and we are ALL so glad we did it!
